Busted eye?

Hey guys, has anyone out there ever encountered a fish w/ busted eye? To elaborate, One of my fish was startled and managed to bump the glass tank w/ one of its eye. I did not noticed anything till I turned on the lights and saw a deflated pupil w/ some interning bleeding. Don't know what will happen..ie, lost of sight or infection?? Any close experiences would be much appreciated!!

I have experienced this twice. I would just keep an "eye" on the fish. It will be fine. I just made sure I had a bit of salt in the water to help the healing process. One of my brichardi that this happened too occasionally has that eye swell up. Not sure why. But both my fish with one eye have been that way for years.
