I purchased two marble angelfish fry in May of 2013. They spawned this week, January of 2014. They bred after a 10% water change. I'll try to post some pictures. Until then, it is the two marble angelfish in the 90 gallon j tank in my albums. I'll be surprised if any of the eggs make it to adulthood, but atleast I have a pair. The marble male was fighting with a pinoy green male. The marble male almost killed the pinoy green male. So, I moved the pinoy green male into another 90 gallon with some smaller angelfish. Everybody seems happy, now. The female marble decided to breed with the male marble, after about a week alone.
I thought the pair would put the eggs on the underside of the Echinodorus bleheri. The pair layed them on top of the sword plant. I brushed the plant today and thought, "wow, the white spots are eggs". I'll see if I can aid in raising them.
