Best Battery Operated Air Pump?

What's the best (most reliable and most effective) battery operated air pump available?

If the best is incredibly expensive and there is one that is just about as good, but far less expensive then I'd prefer that.

Noise would be a tie breaker since I'm only planning on using these in emergencies.

The Hurricane 5 is about $65 but is the best in my experience. Way better than the ~$10 cheapies.

What's nice is that it can be used continuously...and kicks onto battery power (it has a rechargable battery built in) when the power goes off. It can also use D batteries.

It has 2 outlets, each of which can run at least 4-5 sponges or boxes...

Thanks. I should clarify, I have 2 15G quarantine tanks in one room, 2 33G tanks in a second room, and 1 100G tank in a third room, so I would want something not too expensive that I would buy three of, one for each room.
