Many people put them on places like photobucket.com, and then use the picture icon to link to the pic online. Or, if you just want to reduce the size, you need to use photo editing software, like Microsoft Photo Editor (which comes as part of the Office XP software bundle). Then, you just either crop it or go to Edit -- Re-size.
