Baltimore Ravens Coach Fired!

Wow, Owner Bisciotti finally did it, he fired Brian Billick.

I think it was well overdue. The Ravens have so much talent and Billick was just an awful offensive coordinator.

What do you Raven's fans have to say?

I think Billick's ego, and the fact that he was able to command such a large salary based on a fluke 2000 Super Bowl win, caused him to lose the passion of FOOTBALL. He spent too much time on managing the team, and lost the gut feeling it takes to WIN. His job became...just that, a job. Although he did it well, he didn't do what it takes to get to the next level- my motto: "always do MORE than what is expected from your boss". In his case, that meant to take a few more gambles. The owner sounds like he took a few gambles to build his fortune. I'm guessing that he expects that from the head coach too.

YUP! They play this Saturday.. because they beat Pittsburg in their final game of the regular season. (Ending a nine game losing streak.)

Now, does anyone know what time the Ravens play on Saturday?

Marge, they will not be playing this Saturday because they did not make it in the playoffs.

They are done for the season....now they will be looking for a new head coach.

Marge, they will not be playing this Saturday because they did not make it in the playoffs.
