Astatotilapia Latifasciata

Anyone know anything about the aggression of these. I got two about a month ago. One is def a male, already starting to color up. They're both still juvenile, right at 2 inches, and in my 29g to grow out some before I move them into my 75.
Last night, I noticed one looking rather pale, and wasn't swimming around too much, and today I noticed that it was just hanging out at the bottom of the tank, and it's tail/fins look as if it may have been nipped. I went ahead and move it into my 20g just in case he's sick, to keep from spreading it. The other tank mates are much smaller Victorians. 1-2 inch xystichromis, so if it is aggression, it would seem to be the other Astatotilapia Latifasciata.
Hopefully the little guy pulls through. Any suggestions?

I have a group of 5, with 4 males and 1 female. no major issues as of yet, and they have left everyone else alone. they are one of the milder Vics.

He seems like he wants to pull through. Still alive, but doesn't do much but stay in the same area in the tank, and most of the time he's vertical, face to top of water. He has been quarantined. His tail is pretty much gone, yet all of his other fins seem to be intact. He is still able to swim, when I approach the tank, he'll move away from me or swim to bottom of tank.
I'm going to see if he'll eat shortly. He hasn't been interested in eating much at all.
However, today I have noticed that his colors are returning, the stripes along with the reds and yellows.

Looks like he's going to make it after all. Got his color back and is all over the tank again. Not swimming too well just yet, as his tail has to grow back. I'll just keep him by himself until he's 100%.
