Apistogramma fry coloration

I have never seen a post on this, so i thought i'd make one:cool:. As I watching my Cacatuoides fry herd around with their mom, they stopped on some oak leaves. I looked away for little bit and bam, they disappear  . I look closer and See them sitting on the leaves. So im assuming that this is a result from their leafy abodes back in S. America. So i was wondering if anyone has had any weirdly colored fry of something like that.

i have A. Eunotos fry and man, these are hard to spot little suckers!!! this tank has a sponge filter and a lot of mulm...the fry look exactly like the mulm and is just soooo hard to see them!

Interesting to hear that fry coloration among dwarf Cichlids seems to be similar. Also, they seem to lose their leafy camo as they get their apistogramma (the lateral line)
