So my lease expires the end of next month, and I'm probably looking to move somewhere closer to work. Anyone own or manage rental properties? I figured I'd check here before working with a stranger. I watch craigslist, but that can be a shot in the dark. I'm open to anything between Rockville and Ellicott City.
