Anyone else had to deal with this

Hey guys
Today I was supposed to recieve a package from selectaquatics.com at noon from USPS. At 11:50 I recieve an email saying box was sent. There was no package at my door step so I check the adress and turns out it wasnt my adress. At this point Im pretty angry so I call costomer service and then I get the machine that sais "we'd love to help you but we have allot of calls at the moment" and then I heard crappy elevator music. Half an hour later and Im still on hold with no package. I just payed $250 dollars in live bearers and shrimps plus $80 in shipping so there is no way I am not going to get this package so now I have to wait until Im off hold or the mailman comes to my house to drop off mail so I can tell him whats going on. This is defenitely the last time I use USPS to get something shipped. Has this happened to anyone else?

Dan,

The way those boxes track, it probably got marked as "delivered" when it hit the local post office. Was it by any chance the address of the post office?

You might try calling the local post office, too.

Good luck!

Maybe you can do a reverse phone look up and call the person, or go by the address to see if the package is there?

My mom's running an erand and my dads at work. Thats probably what I'll do when they get home.

Hey Dan how far away in you neighborhood? Maybe you could trek over with a friend or too just to be on the safe side. Another thing to do is call the number to the closest office they usually pick up right away. Maybe they can help.....sucks man but days not over yet good luck!

Well, I called the people from USPS and someone picked up the box and sent it over. Surprisingly everything was alive.
