Anubias rhizomes?

I was thinking about buying some rhizomes from Ebay. Has anyone ever had any success regrowing from rhizomes? Just wondering. I have never had a planted tank before but I know that anubias is a Hardy plant. Any insight would help.

when i got algea bad i cut all the leaves off, cut the rhizomes into pieces and put in a ziplock away for a couple of weeks... with enough humidity and complete darkness they were all ready soon =)

Thanks, on Ebay they sell 6-8 rhizomes for $.95 with free shipping.

I dont like anubis. Never can get it to grow

It only grows about 1-2 leaves a month depending on varietys and best if all roots not planted in gravel
