Have to say that I have never seen such an aquarium before. It seems like the water changes would be quite easy, if you could figure out a way to automate putting the water conditioner in.

Iv seen them before just not in person. I have seen in person a sink that was a tank. Also have seen a bar table that was the tank. I don't know how I would feel about the toilet though haha
