Aca Conservation Effort

They are considering club involvement in the ACA CARES program. Would this club like to manage a liaison with the ACA and have members keep and trade endangered fish with other ACA members and affiliated clubs?

I see no down side to this.
Only positive things for the members, the club, and the fish.
Anyone see a problem with this?
