About these plants?

Of these plants, do any have sturdy leaf structure like anubia. I have only experience with anubia and amazon sword, thus I ask. Crypt. parva, crypt. nurii, and elatine triandra. My rainbow cichlids have shown prior interest in consuming 'softer-skinned' live plants, but have left my anubias unharmed. I'm looking for sturdy fore to mid-ground plants. Many thanks in advance

My Rainbows are in with Crypt wendtii, anubias, java moss, and Brazilian pennywort. I see no munching going on.
