On August 29th at 9pm Animal Planet is premiering The Cove. This is one of the most amazing documentaries I've ever seen. Matt posted a link to the trailor in the whale wars thread, I watched the trailor and immediately downloaded the entire movie. I've watched it half a dozen times and I can't wait to watch it on AP. This isn't whale wars... In short there was a covert mission to get video footage of a dolphin slaughter that takes place in a heavily guarded cove on the coast of Taiji. What they uncovered was unbelievable!!! It is disgusting just how ignorant and destructive man can be... Everyone should see this, let me rephrase that, YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!!! This movie is still banned in Japan for obvious reasons and I tip my hat to Animal Planet for having the "nad's" to premiere this movie. Do not miss this, everyone has to see this!!!

its a great Documentary. Whats really sad is that those dolphins are so smart makes me feel like its happening to children. I think Flipper's trainer genuinely feels bad about the monster he created and hes trying to play his part as best he can. Ill definitely watch it again.
