30g and fish stuff cabinet

Have a 30g tank for sale black trim. It's dimensions are (lxwxh) 36x12x17, has some water stains on it but other than that already cleaned out. I'm asking $30 for it. To much fish stuff not enough space? I got your solution. I have a fish stuff storage cabinet. It currently has one shelf, but I'm sure more cabinets can be added if needed. It is 38x15x48. The cabinet can hold the tank as well. Asking $40 for stand. $70 for the combo.

I'll let my friend know about this. He's been wanting to set up a terrarium I'm his apartment. Not sure what he is looking for though
