Here is another one, way better deal, includes a tank full of cichlids, lava rock. I already talked to him about it. The stand is a basic wood 6x6 stand and it has a wet/dry sump with it. Plus it's acrylic, easier to manuever around. He sent me extra pictures if anyone is interested. I found a better deal on a different tank

Like 3 or 4 days ago there was a 150 with stand that held water for $75... By the time I called the person it was already sold though.
