Purchased a 30L for my office on craigslist for 100 dollars, didn't care much for the oak trim and the seals were virtually non existant on this 12 year old so I decided I would start a journal and get a little DIY in with this one
Stand with the door taken off already

Removing the old seals was a breeze since they were barely even visible
Used painters tape to make sure my seals were as clean as possible

Also started soaking my DW for my 220 rescape, get excited people, its going to be good!
