reseal

So I'm resealing a 125 I got for 40 bucks three of the verticle seal are perfect the fourth however...not so much. The trim piece around the top split where the 45'S meet in the corner the added stress on the seam cracked the silicone between the two panes. The trim piece is attached very well...

When you clean out all the old silicone, the glass is still connected but there is a fine crevice or void between the pieces. What's holding it together? Would it help or hurt to run a bead of "crazy glue" down between the glass before the final silicone sealer?
