None of the control panel functions are/seem to be working....

I usually do 50% plus weekly water changes for my 90G african tank. Three weeks ago when I did a water change, my fish were gasping for air little bit but nothing serious. I found one dead tropheus next day. A week later, I did another water change and a few hours later everybody was gasping...
