Don't you just love water changes? Seems like I'm one of those weirdos who does. I am not even sure what the specific reason is...but I like doing them. It's like a "feel-good, tank bonding" ritual thingy for me, I suppose. I dunno. A habit.
Not everyone shares my geeky enthusiasm about 'em...
Hey ya'll, woke up this morning feeling inventive. I had some extra Pvc pipe( 3/4 inch plastic tubing for plumming) laying around and decided to make a spray bar. I'm sure alot of you have done this, but if you haven't, don't be shy. Its easy effective and cheap. Just cut to desired length...
i need to sell a lot of extra stuff so here it is:
26 bowfront fish tank with matching oak finish stand, hood, air pump w hose and stones, large decorations and large bucket of black sand
$100 takes it
fish:
Aspidora sp Black fin, CW052, about 3 months old, $4 ea or 6 for 20...
Anyone have some to spare? Looking for some to fill a 4 foot tank.. Please let me know..trying to set up a planted 33 long.. Any recommendations are much appreciated.. :)

I purchased my first canister filter, Eheim ecco 2236 last week because I read nice reviews about canister filter and Eheim brand. However, the filter is much noisy than my Aqua Clear 50 filter. I checked the impeller and it looked fine. I also removed the air as much as I could after I closed...
So the Nics spawned again and as much as I enjoy watching the parenting, I would like to destroy the babies now before thwy look like actual fish.
Besides hand removing the fish, is there a procedure or chemical way to euphanize the babies without harming the adults?
Thanks....Bill
Hi all.
Lots of you have heard me babbling on about my multi-tank water change system.
In case anyone is curious as to how it works, I finally wrote it all down, and illustrated it with photos.
