cabayo

For anyone interested and attending the meeting this weekend, I have 1" juvenile amatitlania siquia Rio Cabayo (the real yellow cons) and LFS strain thorichthys meeki firemouths available. Both are $1 a fish. Shoot me a PM if you want some!

I had the camera out and took some pics the other night. First, my Rio Cabayo siquia. The male is a stunning fish, and meaner than hell. The female is a bit washed out in the picture, but you can see the nice colors. They spawned through a divider tonight, so I'm hoping to have babies soon.

I'm gauging interest on some a. siquia Rio Cabayo fry that I have growing out. Here is a link on them written by Sam Borstien: http://www.gcca.net/2011-06-25-05-28-36/120-amatitliana-siquia I've got a tank full of them now at about 1/2". Anybody interested in me growing them out a bit for you?
