I have an Eheim 2028 that I bought used. Worked great, but this morning I noticed a grinding noise. I took it apart and found that the impeller was hot, so I cleaned everything out, but it's still noisy. I think I need a new impeller. Anyone got one they don't need? Otherwise, looks like...

SO my new 135g came with a nice Eheim 2028. After cleaning I put it onto an exisiting 150g to seed it for a few days. Started up flawlessly and never looked back. Then I was getting ready to move it to the 135 and unplugged it without shutting the valve.... water began to flow profusely...
