You could separate the pair or make sure she has a couple easily accessible spots to hide in if he gets rough. My umbees just breed again when he eats them again. But he does chase her for a week or two.

I removed the fry to a different tank the other day Will try and post a vid but the parents are getting along fine thus far and were "cleaning" the slate. Might get another spawn hopefully.

Still small 3/8" but growing. I'm feeding Hikari first bits and Aqua Pharma growth micro pellets 3x/day.

if I knew how to post a vid, I would...keeps telling me the file (.mov) is invalid. Fry are 6 wks now and growing.
